An additional 2000 will be charged per person per day if the count exceeds the number of people allowed.
Photo ID is Compulsory at the time of CHECK IN.
Advance Amount Paid is non-refundable.
Any damage to the property is payable by the customer
Security Deposit has to be Paid 10000/- at the time of Check in. (Refundable)
Foods, beverages & colors are not allowed in the pool.
Pets not Allowed in the swimming pool.

Any Drugs or Hukha (Shesha) or illegal substance or materials or any other activities banned by the law is strictly prohibited. Breaching these Guests will be wholly responsible for any action from the Govt. authorities.

Kindly note that rooms are all subject to availability.
We advise you to guarantee your reservation against cash deposit, service voucher, or demand draft at the time of booking.
A guaranteed reservation will be held until 18:00 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.
Bookings may be released if payments/vouchers are not issued within cut-off periods.
Buffet meals will be available at the restaurant.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nashik District Court.
Swimming costumes are mandatory at Swimming Pool.
Cancellation Policy:
0 -15 days prior to check-in: – No refund.
15 days prior to check-in: – 50% refund.

30 days prior to check-in: – 100% refund.
Postponement/refunds are possible only up to 15 days before the check-in date. There will be no refund for a no-show/ stay cut short.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures(like hartal /bandh/strike ) or any untoward incidents. In that case, no refund or postponement is entertained.
Child Policy:
Below 5 years complimentary.
5-12 years will be treated as a child and will be charged as per the rates.
Children above 12 will be treated as adults.
